Lisa's Sweet Treats

Very cute little bakery on Asbury! I tried a powdered cream donut, a Boston cream donut, a cheese danish, and a nut sticky bun. The donuts were very light and fluffy, the cheese danish has a nice flavor, and the sticky bun was moist and gooey in the center, but a little crunchy on the outside - just perfect! It was also reasonably affordable given the portion sizes on all the sweet treats! Will definitely be back! ALSO - the best coffee cake I've ever tasted!

Visited OCNJ for Spring Break, and most shops were not opened yet for the season. We found Lisa’s Sweet Treats while walking around town, and we then made sure to stop by every day we were down there. It is such a cute little bakery with so many options! Lisa is so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and everything I tried was delicious! I especially liked the key lime tart and strawberry cheesecake. My sister and brother-in-law loved their donuts.

Where to even begin?! I got a cake for my wife’s 40th birthday. They worked with me to make a super special cake in the shape of the number 40. Topped it with chocolate covered strawberries, macaroons, cake pops, and flowers. Made one number chocolate, the other vanilla. To say my wife was surprised was an understatement! Plus! The cake tasted as good as it looked!! If you are in the Ocean City, NJ area, do yourself a favor and get a sweet treat from Lisa’s. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely delicious! Sticky bun, cream filled donut, cinnamon twist, apple fritter, and the Raspberry crumb coffee cake was to die for! The prices are reasonable. We’ll be back, Lisa’s is our new GoTo Bakery. Sorry, no pics we ate it already, yum 😋

The glazed, white-iced donut with sprinkles was literally the best doughnut I’ve ever had in my life. We got several other sweet treats and our entire family raved about them. When we stopped back in our our way out of town, we were lucky enough to have a conversation with Lisa and she was so kind and intentional. She could easily be charging double for the size and quality of her product. What a gem of a place!
