drivers need to be better. Almost caused 5+ accidents on Rt 8 S this afternoon. Couldn’t tell if driver was sleepy, under the influence of something, or on their phone but they couldn’t seem to stay in a straight line.

Customer service is an all-time high, Juan really is so friendly and kind and will do his best to help you out in a pinch. I use them for my cafe and it's been a good experience. Only docking a star because scheduling can be a bit tricky sometimes when you're a small business trying to compete with all the larger businesses they service.

Using Liquid Ice for parts is so worth it. They have proven to have fair prices and they will come though in a jam. Worth the call for to compare. Service is, well I don't know. Other reviews on driving! I give some drivers a break. Though sand truck, DOT, and Uber drivers are the worst of clueless drivers who forget the world they live in and the roads they drive on. Overall it's tuff dealing with people on the road all day and everyday. We don't drive obliviously on the phone to our office and then home with a stop at the grocery. We drive all day. Just stay off the phone and out of the fast lane. Let people pass, let them take the heat. Don't tailgate the guy in front of you. Don't pass in the right lane cutting him off to pass one car. Can't imagine the level of service this place offers based on the level of professionalism their drivers have. On my way to work the morning of 12/1/17 on route 20 at about 8am. Darker skinned/ tanned driver with a black beard forced himself into my lane when their was no room because he was in the incorrect lane that only exited, trying to beat the line of traffic. I honked at him because he nearly hit me, and he continued to flip me off and laugh at me through his mirror.

The repairman arrived considerably later than the time I was advised he would be here. Then he worked the rest of the day on my ice machine. His troubleshooting was not effective. He finally got on the phone with the manufacturer's rep to try to sort things out. But he basically was just trying things. Bottom line: the machine made ice but wouldn't harvest it, when he got here. When he left, it wouldn't even make ice. I was charged $522.50. The contract I signed said the maximum charge would be $500, unless I was given a new estimate.
