My bed ridden mother-in-law gets just 5 meals a week and they are supposed to be chopped. She often gets ground/minced or puréed and sometimes chopped. The meals are often the same with pasta and sauce being the main course or side dish. The beef and chicken used to get a fair amount of gravy, but now it’s just dry. I have to doctor everything! I recently heated a meatloaf meal for her and it smelled heavily of grease. It was obvious the cooks fried the ground beef in a pan and sprinkled a bit of gravy over the top. Shameful! How is having to doctor food helping families who are already overwhelmed as carers? I make meals for my family that she can’t always eat. Breaks are nice and constantly sought after, so when we do get a decent Lintons meal (think holiday or a random good day

Management lack skills and don’t have the qualifications for certain positions.They show discrimination towards employees. They Don’t follow proper food safety procedures such as Clean — Wash hands and surfaces often. Separate — Don't cross-contaminate. Cook — Cook to the right temperature. Chill — Refrigerate promptly. Always refrigerate perishable food within 2 hours—1 hour when the temperature is above 90 °F (32.2 ºC). These procedures are not being followed . I visited Smedley charter school and Lintons management cooks for the students . Came into contact with the manager Jessica on two occasions. She is very ,very rude . She lacks knowledge. Lintons is a top notch organization. Hands down the best organization I have ever worked with!
