Lighthouse Bistro Global Cuisine

We were looking for a quieter place away from the hustle and bustle of Cannery Row and were so happy to find this hidden gem. I don’t often take the time to write a review, but felt compelled as the food was delicious and the service top notch. My husband and I choose the sea bass entrees and dug right in before we thought to take a picture. We also had the kibbeh and a side dish of hummus. Yum. The kibbeh was lightly fried to perfection and the hummus very filling. We were pleasantly surprised the baklava was not too sweet. You could taste quality of ingredients in each bite. We just ate at Lighthouse Bistro Global Cuisine, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We ordered the crab ravioli, cheeseburger, fish and chips, and chicken Alfredo, and every dish was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. The crab ravioli was rich and flavorful. The fish and chips were perfectly cooked. The cheeseburger was juicy and satisfying. The chicken Alfredo was creamy and comforting without being heavy. The service was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even the mocktail Shirley Temple was a standout. We originally came because of the strong Google reviews and the wide variety on the menu, and we are so glad we did. This place truly delivers on both quality and range. We will absolutely be back. The service was very friendly, the place looks nice. I enjoyed my pomegranate chicken, but it was a bit too dry. Vegetables and everything else seem fresh. The deserts are overpriced IMO ($12 for a regular piece of cake).

Very friendly and wonderful service. Seafood Paella with very fresh seafood and great flavor, but not the saffron style.
