Best seafood/ easily best smoked salmon I’ve ever had, perfect for lox and bagels. Definitely going to be my #1 go to for now on. Also unbelievably fast shipping and still comes ice cold!

My Blue Envelope seafood order arrived beautifully packed and ice cold. I prepared a simple grilled halibut and rockfish tacos with mango salsa and both were exceptional. I can’t emphasize enough how great it is to have quality fish available to prepare at a moment’s notice. I will be reordering. 5 Stars

I thought I knew what quality seafood was… until i received my order from MIF. First of all, lightning fast. I ordered on a Monday and the fish was on my porch before I could tell the family to get excited. Halibut, salmon, shrimp, rock cod… everything top of the line. So fresh I thought I was back on the deck of patriot sportfishing- without the reds. Making a pistachio encrusted halibut tonight- wish me luck

This is the best smoked salmon I have ever had and I have tried a lot. It is the perfect texture and moisture. Definitely not too dry and not too moist. I love this stuff! We are so lucky to get it locally at our Aptos farmers market. It feels great to know the people personally who own the business. Great people and great products!
