Les Saisons

It is a beautiful place, not far from the Sun Valley Lodge. The staff are exemplary and aim to please. The accommodations are deluxe 2 floors, it could easily sleep 8 adults or 10 if a few are children. Pool on the roof and 2 hot tubs. I think you need to be an owner or have an owner arrange or invite you to stay.

Beautiful resort and nice facilities, this would be a five star review had it not been for the manager and the way she treated our family. I understand businesses wanting to provide a safe experience and asking guests to wear masks, but threatening to "discharge" guests early because they forgot to wear masks in a parking garage is outrageous. There is a kind and professional way to interact with guests that she clearly doesn't understand. Every other member of the staff we interacted with was great, but being treated that way as a guest really soured our experience.

Les Saisons is excellent in every way. The entire facility is excellent; however, the staff and service provided during our stay both before we arrive (with dinner reservations and suggestions), while we are in residence (concierge service from and to all locations) and after we leave (several items left in our condo which were mailed to us in Tennessee). The location of Les Saisons is outstanding so that all shopping and dining options are within a short walk even though concierge transportation service is readily available. So nice to get on the mountain to ski by being dropped off at the base of the mountain. Definitely 5 star treatment and 5 star facility......

Just stayed the weekend with my family. Understandably there are masks required signs all over the property. As I am entering the property while sipping on a smoothie the front desk manager chases me down to demand I put on my mask and threatens to force us to end our stay early if I did not comply. As I am sipping on a smoothie....with no one around me... . I understand the policy but the staff was more worried about enforcing rules than being compassionate and providing good customer service. Will not be returning.

Les Saisons is exceptional. It is located in the heart of Ketchum within walking distance to everything you would want- fine dining, and laid back food places, coffee shops and all sorts of cool clothing stores for the athlete:-) Management and staff make this a truly perfect place to stay. You receive daily cleaning service and complementary valet service. The residences are spacious, luxurious and have fully equipped kitchens . Get ready for high end spoil service! The Concierge can arrange or suggest anything you might want if you are not familiar with the area. Or you can just disappear into the myriad of outdoor activities on your own.
