Humberto's Bistro

This is just what Sun Valley needed. An upscale and beautiful white tablecloth lunch spot. The food is outstanding and there is an excellent wine selection. There’s also a case of gorgeous food items for take away. Incredible outdoor seating with gorgeous flowers. I don’t think any of my reviews I’ve ever posted a picture of the bathroom, but it’s just beautiful and I had to. After my second meal here, this is my new favorite go to spot.

Visiting from Orlando Fla. We've been to 3 other restaurants in town and Humbero's is by far the best. The food was fresh, light and delicious. Very friendly atmosphere and very friendly employees. I highly recommend this restaurant was you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed the good service, but the food definitely has some improvement to be done. I’m still going to give you a five star because I love the passion, the uniforms and the potential for this location. If it wasn’t for the loudmouth gentlemen sitting next to us I would’ve had a much better time.

Had a lovely lunch. We agree what a wonderful addition to lunch in Ketchum. Pleasantly surprised. Thought it was going to be a breakfast lunch take out. Service atmosphere excellent. Just like Vintage.
