Legacy Carryout & Catering

Ordered a fish sub and it was horrible!! The fish was small and hard. I had more condiments than fish. Waste of money because I ended up throwing it away. Never again will I purchase a fish sub from this seafood carryout!

I had the best experience at Legacy. I drove an hour and 20 mins to try the food here and it did not disappoint. Customer service was amazing! I was greeted and had questions about the food. Everything was answered professionally and with kindness. The food was delicious! I wanted to order egg rolls but I knew it would be too much food for me to eat. Their menu has great options to choose from. I ordered the cheesesteak and crab fries with old bay & garlic parmesan. Also got to try the onion rings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I even got to chat with the owner and he’s such a humble man, super sweet and I appreciate all his hard work & effort. It shows with his amazing staff and food! Everything was phenomenal!

I usually order from the fort Washington location and I’m satisfied. I was super excited for this sandwhich paid $28 dollars to get it just for it be nasty and dry no sauce and not same as when i usually get it. I’m really disappointed and feel like i wasted my money.

I have been a customer of Legacy since shortly after they opened, and while I enjoy their food, there is one recurring issue that continues to be disappointing: the way they wrap their sandwiches. Unless I specifically remember to request that my sandwich not be wrapped and instead placed directly in a box, I often end up with cheese and other ingredients stuck to the paper. It is frustrating to repeatedly receive sandwiches where part of the meal is essentially lost to the wrapping, and even more so when my request is not handled with care. For example, during my most recent visit this morning, I asked for my sandwich not to be wrapped, and the staff simply unwrapped it and placed it into a box, resulting in a poor presentation. The food was tasty. I think I should have gotten a different seasoning. I also wish I knew about the legacy sauce for the eggrolls. They needed a little extra to them. Overall it was good. Customer service was on point.
