Ledger Coffee Roasters

This past Saturday, I placed a pick-up order for a dozen Level 5 donuts in Boston cream, cherry almond, chai, blueberry lemon, and chocolate. When we arrived at Ledger to get some EXCELLENT coffee (I loved the light roast) and sit with our donuts, they also had key lime and churro available for individual sale, so we had to grab a couple each of those, too. Can I gush about these here?? I could not take enough pictures of these gorgeous donuts between stuffing my face with bites of them, especially luxuriating in the rich amounts of pastry cream in the Boston. Insane! All of Caitlin's flavors are fresh and bright, true to their word and never artificial tasting. They are never too subtle or too prominent. The middles are soft and the outsides are just a little bit crispy and I am so glad

I got the pistachio lavender latte! Espresso was great but the syrup tasted almost alcohol like, which is common for pistachio syrups, and the lavender flavoring was very light. It’s inside this market near Olbrich gardens and while there’s no seating specific to the cafe, the market is pretty nice.

It's a dainty little cafe. I would say that it's a bit overpriced. I ordered an iced Americano with an extra shot of espresso because I like my coffee on the dark side and it was decent. It did smell like coffee which is a bonus. My friend ordered an iced vanilla latte and she was not satisfied. She said it didn't taste like vanilla and she didn't like this particular coffee flavor.

Amazing coffee, great service. There is no place to sit inside so know you can grab your coffee in a cup with lid and find sitting elsewhere inside Garver Mill. We enjoyed the coffee and we will be back.

WAY too overpriced! Nearly 8 dollars for a 16-oz iced vanilla latte. It's cheaper and probably even tastes better at Starbucks. Espresso is not super strong, and the homemade syrup tastes so incredibly average. The service was fine, but the coffee was NOT worth it. Never coming here again.
