Ledge Light Health District

Took 5 calls to get someone to answer was warning them a restaurant was open during construction on their roof had ceiling tiles and electrical falling out of the ceiling on customers and food and you could just tell she didn't care highly doubt they even sent someone out utterly disgusting and incompetent

My father is recovering from a very rough year. His nurse told us that Ledge Light Health District will bring you the Covid and Flu vaccine. I called LLHD, left a message for Mary the nurse:) who is one of the administers of vaccines to the public. Mary called me back in minutes. Mary was so nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and generous with all my questions. We came up with a good day for Mary to bring the vaccine to my father. Mary was affable with my very talkative father, who had questions concerning the vaccine. Mary's well informed and up to date knowledge of the vaccine, quickly put his mind to ease. Mary is an asset to Ledge Light Health District of New London county.

So I just called ,asked them to print me out my license certificate. I didn’t realize that we had to print it out from our email and the secretary that I just spoke with was very rude and hung up on me and they want us to keep paying them for this kind of service, I’m more licensed than you are secretary. This is probably just a job that you’ll leave in six months from now. Stop being a jerk or get out of the business customer service if I acted like that, I’d have no customers have a great day.

My experience with ledge light was terrible. I was volunteering with someone in the community and al Ledge light van stopped in the middle of the road with a ledge light worker and her clients. The client in that van began to yell horrifying things at the woman that I was helping. If this is how they run ledge light I don't want anything to do with them.

I just wanted to ask a question. This was maybe two years ago. I called six times, at all different times of the day, no answer and no return call. Like another reviewer said, don't look to this outfit for information.
