Le Macaron Tarpon Springs

It's not bad. Nothing extraordinary or anything you couldn't get from any other place that sells macaroons. A few interesting pieces but nothing exceptional. Definitely not worth the price.

I purchased 8 macarons; pistachio, Belgium chocolate, coffee, lavender white chocolate, lemon cream, raspberry. Of all 8 raspberry was the only favorite because it had good flavor. I asked if these were fresh and the answer told me that hey are brought in from Sarasota. I was not impressed with any of the other flavors. I purchased some egg whites as well and they tasted stale. I won’t visit again as it’s more of tourist stop than a good macaron shop.

If i could give it a minus one, I would. I went to the store today because I heard such good things about it. However, I was in the store for about 4 minutes before being acknowledged. The woman working appeared to be preparing something in the back, so I did not bother. But as soon as a White customer came in, she greeted her immediately! I walked out right away. So disappointed. I don't mind waiting but I do mind not even being acknowledged. Some people in the area are so rude to people of African descent.

We stopped by here for a late night treat. This place is so adorable and the staff is amazing. We got 6 macaroons variety, and my son got the Smore Gelato Macaron. They were all so delicious. We love stopping by towns like this and supporting local businesses. We will definitely be back to try more yummy treats.

Truly a hidden gem! I am gluten-free and struggle to find places I can enjoy a good dessert. Macarons are gluten-free!! If you are looking for yummy treats that are fresh this is your place! It's easy to get to to stop by and grab something quick. Sometimes going to the Sponge docks can seem like a whole day adventure but it was easy to get in and out which as a person who hates parking situations I really appreciate! ❤️
