The fresh seafood is just amazing as the staff! This quickly became our favorite go to for different seafood choices. I bought some grouper cheeks for my husband, who was initially skeptical, but loved them so much that he wanted to take some back to michigan with us. They were out when we went back so they offered to ship to us! Small town values can make a big difference.

Great quality and freshness, great service, great selection. So glad I found this place! I’m originally from Baltimore so being able to find clean blue crab that I can take home and steam myself is a convenient taste of home and my childhood. All blue crab are not the same depending upon where they are sourced and what kind of bottom they occupy. Muddy crabs are not all that great but clean crabs are sweet and meaty and the absolute best. So far, all the crab purchased from Lockharts has been clean, meaty, and delicious!

They have sushi/sashimi grade tuna and salmon. We were pretty surprised at the quality. No fishy smell at all and the texture was perfect. We used them for sushi nigiri, sushi hand roll and poke bowl. Their fish spread was also delicious. Love here.
