Lazy Moon Pizza

We ate at Lazy Moon and had a great experience. The pizza slices are massive and seriously delicious—fresh, flavorful, and very filling. One slice is more than enough, and the quality easily matches the size. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, making it a perfect stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends. Service was fast, the vibe was great, and the food really hit the spot. If you’re in the area and craving pizza, this place is absolutely worth a stop. We’d happily go back again.

I’m on vacation and need to eat gluten free, as do my kids. We were thrilled to see a gluten free pizza option by where we were staying! Well, it is by far the worst pizza we’ve ever had. It was almost inedible because it was so hard and crunchy. It was like cardboard, or like an over baked pita chip. There was barely any toppings, sauce or cheese. Just completely unacceptable to call this pizza. I know it’s gluten free, but I make GF pizza almost every Friday and it looks, tastes and feels like real pizza because the only difference is using different flour. For those who need to eat GF, Dominos has better options than this place and is much more affordable! This cardboard pizza with no toppings was $35 for two and we could barely even chew it!

Its been a few years since ive been to lazymoon. I used to go a lot at the one near UCF. The pizza is still good and they have PBR on tap. They also still have honey available at no extra cost to add to your pizza.

Lazy Moon is hands-down our go-to pizza spot! we probably come here every other month! We were so excited when the Maitland location opened since it’s way more convenient than driving to the downtown one. The pizza is always on point. I usually keep it simple with a cheese slice and extra cheese (because why not?), and my partner always goes for the Hawaiian. The slices are huge, fresh, and super satisfying. The music is at a moderate level, so it’s easy to have a conversation without yelling. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming too, which just adds to the experience. Definitely one of our favorite low-key spots for pizza night. 🍕🔥

Where should I start? This was my 1st visit to the location in Maitland and it will definitely be my last. A friend of mine recommended it so I decided to try it. Upon arrival, there was no one up front to help us. We stood there and looked over the entire menu before someone came to the counter. When the food arrived, both my slice and my friend’s slice looked extremely dry. I had the meat lovers, which they call it something else. The meat was dried out, indicating that it may have been left in the oven for too long. I wish I could upload the video which showed how hard the crust was. I took a knife and was hitting it and it didn’t break. There was not a lot of sauce or cheese, yet it was loaded with meat. It was falling off the pizza because it had nothing to hold onto. I didn’t even ma
