Wow wow wow 😍 I love this food truck. The best middle east food I ever had. Everything made fresh from scratch with only the best ingredients. Thanks to Guy for such a great experience. I'll recommend this food to anyone who wants to try something totally different than everybody else. Starting with a wide variety of fresh made hummus and the pita bread one of the best I ever tasted. Then the sandwiches for me this place deserves to open a restaurant. Must try the. FRESH & AUTHENTIC Middle Eastern food could not be better! My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite and boy oh boy, we were absolutely blown away.!! The freshness and personal touch from Guy (yes The Hummus “Guy” himself), is clearly what gives this food truck its identity. Ordering is super simple on the big iPad like screen and the ordering process is simple to navigate. We ordered a falafel and a schnitzel sandwich with some fries. We also had a hummus order and some hot sauce (cilantro and jalapeño) and hot peppers which gave it the special touch h. Fries tasted super fresh like everything else. We enjoyed every bite of this meal and the left overs were carried out in top notch containers. Love this place and definitely will bring family and friends to meet Guy, and taste the best Mid

Incredible hummus and perfectly crispy falafel — fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Guy was outstanding, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. A place you definitely want to come back to.

Absolutely delicious food loved the chicken Shawarma, the falafel everything even down to the crispy fries!! Service was fast and kind. Would highly recommend!!

This is a chef with heart and experience. You can taste love in the meal. Had such a heartwarming and authentic feel even with outdoor seating at a food truck, that’s magic!
