Lazy Man's Grill & Delivery

The short of it: It took 4 hours to get the order out correctly and the customer service was appallingly bad. The long of it: The woman hung up on me 2x when I called to request they correct a mistake on an order I’d placed for my wife who was working in Kemp for the day. The owner (I think) was rude and unprofessional. She went on and on arguing with me saying she’d made the meal herself and insisting it was correct. She made us send a pic of the food to show her that ingredients were missing. I’d stepped out from a meeting to make the phone calls (5 total) and was shocked at her lengthy explanations / excuses as to why the food was so delayed (the deliveries are far apart, a delivery girl is sick, she is the only one working, etc...) and why I was wrong about the food being made incorrec

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, excellent service. A great, out-of-the-way restaurant. Highly recommend it.👍👍👍
