No frills, excellent and authentic Mexican cuisine. Don’t let yourself be put off by the store setting! The staff was friendly, the restaurant space was clean and well kept, and the food was delicious. This is going to be my new go-to when visiting Montevideo.

Authentic Mexican grocery with a small little restaurant. Love the simple stuff here, but the shrimp I got was not deveined properly. I would recommend anything else! Amazing that such a small Midwest town has two of these types of shops on the same block. I would say this one has the better kitchen.
