I ordered two jeans from Levi's and they happened to use OnTrac for delivery. The package was never delivered even though it says in the email they did. Unfortunately, I believe my package got stolen and retailer had to refund me. I wish retailers would STOP using this company. It's very unkind to steal people's stuff especially gifts for loved ones. Never had a problem ordering from them until they used this company as a shipping partner.

This people must be joking , driver came circled around my building and left with the package he didnot even get out of his car to try opening the entrance door. I tried my best to get his attention and I can tell he literally avoided me ,and when you try to call them no answers, it’s the next day of when this order is suppose to be delivered I got an update with the tracking that it was loaded on a truck and it was gonna deliver since 10:45am it got loaded I waited the whole day and night at my house ,and no one showed up and it still says out for deliver . This people should not handle any packages .It still says order loaded on a truck in Franklin,MA and that’s just 5 mins away from my house when you take the high way lol .

Who in their right mind would use this service? Delivery for perishable food - 3 days out for delivery. Basically they are stealing what they want and leave you to get a refund from the supplier. Franklin Police need to investigate this operation. When ordering something on line from now on I will ask the name of the shipper and if it is OnTrac or LasserShip tell the supplier to forget it!

RETAILERS SHOULD NEVER use this delivery service. I tracked my package, and it came into the Franklin, Massachusetts facility the day before Thanksgiving. For the next six days, they said they could not deliver as there wasn't enough time. On day 7, I get a notice that the package was delivered. There was no package delivered at our address. There was no way that it was stolen as our home is quite a distance from the street. So it was either delivered to another address in error, or it was stolen by the delivery driver. I tried calling the company, but you cannot speak to anyone. I filed a claim online, and was notified that I had to call the retailer as there was nothing they could do. I don't understand why any retailer would use this delivery service as FedEx, UPS, and USPS alwa

OnTrac is a horrible company. Multiple times I have had missing packages with this company. I have attempted to file complaints with OnTrac by email, text, and “live” chat with no resolve. I can not reach a live person. Once I was entering my tracking number that I got from them on their website, the website kept stating the tracking number was invalid. On all occasions of reporting a missing package the system just tells me to contact the seller. I have never experienced delivery problems from any other company. Like most of us I do my fair share of online ordering with no problems which means my house is not hard to find. I am in Rhode Island so our packages come from the OnTrac Franklin Mass facility. They obviously have a problem with their delivery drivers who I believe are stealing
