Franklin Public Library

I grew up in Franklin and have many fond memories about wandering the halls, doing research for a paper, admiring the artwork, sitting under the big trees outside. I still go there when I'm in the area and love that Franklin has such an amazing piece of history to be proud of. Librarians are very helpful, can direct you to the exact place you need to be for any book you might be looking for. I hope we never outgrow libraries, especially Ben Franklin.

This is a lovely library, and we've enjoyed the book sales; when I view our home with all the books we've acquired from their sales, it's been wonderful; at awe even. I am only sorry to have not been at all this year, or we've been to one; I have too many things going on with not many good things happening; I am bad luck, is all. Anyhow, thank you for such a wonderful resource. The oldest library!

Franklin Public Library, Franklin, MA, nestled west of Boston - local/national treasure replete with community engagement and current media offerings. By the way, you can see the books Ben gave the town named after him, circa 1788.

This library seems to have ton of resources. A wide selection of books! They also offer CDs, DVDs, blue ray, and books on CD. They have several computers for use and even a reference librarian to help with research. All of the librarians area friendly and helpful. The space is also clean. My only complaint is that I wish they were open just a little more. Especially on Sundays.

Very clean and good library. There are so many big toys, train, blocks, doll house, etc. They have additional parking spaces for more cars.
