Las Brasas Mexican Grill

Let me preface this by saying that my husband I are from Phoenix, AZ, so we know good Mexican food. With that being said, this food was mid at best. I’ll list my issues with our experience: 1. My husband ordered a carne asada & cheese burrito with 3x extra meat. What he received was mostly cheese and smaller than a gas station burrito. 2. The quality of the meat used in his burrito was C graded at best. Highly disappointing. 3. The front lady charged us for 3x the normal amount of meat and STILL gave us a tiny burrito when my husband visibly SHOWED her the size that he wanted (AND PAID FOR.) 4. The tacos I got were burnt. They had a charred taste to them. The best part about them was the broth you dip them in. Again, highly disappointing. 5. The side of rice we got was the most flavorless

Five star truck in the pavilion at post falls. As we make our way around to each vendor in the pavilion we are certainly keeping track of our faves. Las Brasas just jumped to the lead with a recent lunch experience we had. Birria tacos to die for and a huge, yummy chicken quesadilla we're on the menu for us that day. Ordered online and they had it ready for us by the time it took to drive over. Flavors we're spot on and portions are generous, especially considering the reasonable prices all around. Give them a try!

I've been on the hunt for a good fish burrito since I moved up here 6 years ago, hoping to fill the void from a place I used to frequent in Georgia. This hit the nail on the head, where do I start? The burrito was excellently priced, a good hefty size filled to the brim with a generous amount of fish that had an incredible crispy breading that tasted like plantains to me, a gorgeously floral and fruity mango slaw, and I swapped their creamy chipotle sauce for their salsa verde. I couldn't be more pleased, this thing was wonderful! Not to mention the staff were so pleasant and welcoming, will definitely be visiting again!

It’s a difficult review ultimately they are high-quality, but they really skimp on the cheese, their tacos the freshness the quality of the food is top notch. This place would be a 10 out of 10 if they added just a little more cheese to the burritos, it’s imperceptible.

I used to love coming here but over the last couple times I’m really annoyed!!! I always get steak tacos but the last three times my steak was either really burnt or really cold, also the tortillas have been cold and fall apart. The last three times I’ve gone the service sucked too. The new girls working there are rude.
