Top notch! For some reason I was craving a muffuletta sandwich even though I've only been to New Orleans once and didn't even particularly care for it. Regardless, a quick search led me to this newly opened restaurant in Post Falls Millworx and boy am I grateful!! This is the best Muffuletta sandwich I've ever had! Absolutely mouth watering. Possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. From the first bite the herb bread pulls you in and you sink your teeth into the flavorful meat, finished by a little kick from the pepper relish. Chef kiss* Hands down the best thing we tried, but it had tough competition from the excellent pizza and the Bolognese pasta. The pizza was oh, so good. Post Falls’ BEST PIZZA! Everything is so fresh and the highest quality ingredients. Our drinks were delicious and Crimson was so attentive and kind helping us with the menu and recommendations. This is definitely the new spot from now on.

Absolutely loved this place. The pizza was amazing, especially the funghi — perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality. Will definitely be back.

Food is great unfortunately this place is so small it fills up fast and they refuse to give you any kind of an estimate on how long it will be to seat you. I have traveled from Hayden three different times to eat here and waited and waited so if you have hours to wait go for it. Last time we went in they had the whole bar which is a very small space rented for a private party. They also do not take reservations unless you have a party of eight or more which I don't even know how they can fit eight people anywhere. They will tell you on the phone they're not busy and when you get there different story and can't tell you if you will ever be seated.

Had a great experience-it was happy hour and drinks/pizza were half off. The service was amazing and we loved our food. I got the chicken and artichokes, my husband got the chicken Parmesan.
