The roasted jasmine milk tea was quite standard, nothing super to rave about. The cucumber salad was nice, got a bit salty at the end, but overall no issues. The crispy mushrooms were crunchy and crispy, very nice. Even though they could use a bit more seasoning, dipping them into the broth or noodle sauce really enhanced the flavour. The braised beef noodle soup was nice, the beef was super soft and melts in your mouth. I think that it being a broth washed out a little of the depth of flavour but still a good dish overall. The hand-pulled classic noodles are nice, no complaints there. The beef cubes in the beef rib chili oil noodles had good chew and texture, and the sauce was super flavourful. I wish they had more chili flakes in it, and the flat noodles were awesome. I think I’ll have t

We had such a wonderful meal at Lanner Noodles! Our group tried the lamb shank soup, chicken topped noodles, and braised beef noodle soup - and honestly, every dish was fantastic. The lamb shank soup was incredibly tender and flavorful, falling right off the bone. The braised beef noodle soup had that perfect depth of flavor that comes from hours of slow cooking, and the chicken topped noodles were savory and satisfying. One detail we really appreciated was being able to customize the noodle thickness - it’s a small touch that makes a big difference in personalizing your meal. The spice level across all dishes was moderate to gentle, which made it perfect for everyone at our table to enjoy without overwhelming heat. We also tried the litchi infusion and warm sake, which were lovely accompa

Many of my friends recommended this restaurant for their soup, so I finally decided to try it and I’m glad I did. Service: 10/10 The staff was fast, very attentive, and helpful. Our waitress was amazing (i didnt catch her name, but she was a beautiful blasian gal :)), along with the gentleman working alongside her. Both provided excellent service. What we ordered: • Beef rib chili oil noodles – 9.5/10 The noodles were extremely long (wish it was a bit shorter) but flavorful. • Lunch set (Lanzhou beef noodle soup, cucumber salad, pepper chicken) – 10/10 Everything was well-balanced and delicious. • Mushroom bites – 10/10 Crispy and full of flavor. • Lamb skewer – 1/10 Unfortunately, the aftertaste was unpleasant and didn’t work for us. Overall, the food and service were excellent, with ju

I really loved the food here!! Super delicious Noodles soup and fried mushrooms… but… that music…. I felt like I was at a frat party which was fun to dance a bit too but overall was a bit too much for me. Loved my server though.

The lunch special was a great deal! The beef rib chili oil noodles were delicious. I would love to try every noodle dish here. My one complaint food-size is that there was only one fresh vegetable side option (the cold cucumber salad) which was vinegary so together with the other side I got (golden chicken nuggets, which were a bit too crispy for my taste and rather salty) the meal overall ended up a bit too salty. A plain vegetable side would have made a good counterbalance to the flavorful but rich and/or salty/vinegary dishes. We went on a holiday Monday so it was quite busy, but the wait wasn’t too long (~20min for a group of two via the online waitlist), and once we were seated the service was great and the food came out super quickly! Given the busyness, it was a little tricky to
