Lakeside Famous Roast Beef

Ordered an extra large pizza, apparently they only have one size dough & stretched it out to paper thin and barely any cheese. The antipasto salad was average size I guess,and it came with no pita bread. It's the second time they have failed me.

Steak tips are great and the whole clam plate was delicious. I felt worth the price, compared to other places that give half belly- half clam strips. Staff is always polite when I go in.

The lady on duty has no idea about her menu.. I ordered a turkey cold sub which states there’s lettuce tomato and bacon.. I get a sub with turkey and mayo only. I called back to complain and she tells me I ordered just a plain turkey sub which is NOT TRUE!! I doubled check the menu and I was right .. she was so rude.. I will not order from that location because of her.. poor poor customer service!!!

I came to pick up a Melanzana Pizza on Monday night (it's delicious and if you haven't tried it get it next time). The place was really busy as usual on Mondays and the staff let me know my pizza was going in the oven when I arrived to pick up my order. The wait time was a little longer than originally quoted on the phone but I appreciated the honest update when I arrived and I was in no rush. When my pizza was ready the female chef told me she had never made this pizza before and she hoped I liked it. I wanted to write this review because she did a wonderful job, the pizza was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. We have always had great food from Lakeside and I believe honest customer interactions are good customer service experiences.

The pasta can be very dry, when I ask for extra sauce it comes with plain noodles with a bit of sauce on the top. I love lakeside and order often for myself and employee events. Amazing food good people but wish for $13 we could get a little more sauce if requested. Do not like the new circle packaging for delivery it spills out.
