Lake Valley Legends

Year after year, this B&B proves to be best of the best! My bride of 21 years and I joined our very good friends at this outstanding home, where all those who enter are treated like family members. Lou and Vicky are amazing hosts, with super personalities and a focus on making the stay most enjoyable. Rooms are clean, spacious and inviting with excellent decorating and accommodations. We were met each morning with fresh coffee, multiple breakfast options and kindness from both our hosts and other patrons. Close to the Glen, local shops, restaurants, lake cruises and wineries, our experiences and stay were over the top! Yours will be too!!!

Each time we visit Watkins Glen, we stay here because it's such a gem. Vickie and Lou are amazing and the kindest hosts!! The breakfasts are awesome and the coffee/tea is plentiful. We LOVE to sit on the back deck to enjoy the view of the lake while taking in the sounds of the birds. And we really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening just as the temperature began to drop - it was so relaxing. The bed was amazingly comfortable and they provide all of the amenities one could need - they think of everything! Vickie and Lou are very knowledgeable of the area and always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants and activities. We were so excited to hear they have opened a new B&B, the Greystone Inn, and we plan to stay there on our next visit imagining it will be as wonderful as this plac

My husband and I stayed here for our "mini moon" in the Finger Lakes. We had a great experience at Lake Valley Legends. Vickie and Lou were extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. They were very helpful with recommendations and helping us borrow anything we forgot to pack. The beds were also very comfortable.||||Breakfast in the morning was DELICIOUS, and in a beautiful setting - on the back deck with a partial view of the lake. They also provided snacks and treats throughout our stay.||||The location of Lake Valley Legends is very convenient. You can walk into Watkins Glen to the harbor and restaurants easily. There is also good access to both the east and west sides of lake.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in May , Lou and Vickie were the perfect host. The B&B is charming, our room was neat and clean, we had use of their large deck outside with a view of Lake Seneca, we enjoyed our wine after a long day of hiking in gorgeous Watkins Glen State Park. People in town and at the wineries couldn't be more friendlier. I would definitely come back and stay in this perfect B&B, and the breakfast was delicious everyday and brownies and cookies and cakes . Thanks again Lou and Vickie.

We loved our stay at Lake Valley Legends! We were close enough to walk to Watkins Glen State Park and the village. Our room was super quiet and pretty. The robes, slippers, and snacks helped make our stay so personable. Vicki, the host, had great advice for us and even posted "daily activities" in the breakfast area. Having the outdoor deck, with a view of the lake, was a plus in the summer. Looking forward to going back in the fall to see the changing leaves and using the firepit!
