We have been using them now for years and their quality is high and consistent every time. We regularly have everyone raving over the cake whenever we use them. A couple of times we’ve tried other places closer to us (in Saratoga) and we were woefully disappointed. I highly recommend LG Baking Company for your cake needs. Their presentation and taste is second to none as far as my experience goes. The cakes are light, moist, fresh, and the fruit fillings are REAL; whole strawberries, etc. Their frostings are great. I wanted to try the donuts, I came 3 Sunday's in a row and wasn't able to get one. The hours were a bit confusing to find for my first visit, so I came around 9am and the donuts had already sold out. Found out they're currently Thurs - Sun 8am- 2 or 3pm. I also wanted to try the fudge fancies, they were pretty good. Also grabbed a cinnamon roll, it was ok, kind of dry but good frosting. The following Sunday, I got there early and they had no donuts yet available, so they recommended an eclair. It was good, just not my go to. Then tried again the following Sunday and was told they're done making donuts for the season. So I ended up trying a pumpkin muffin and halfmoon or black and white cookie. They're good, I'd recommend the cookie of the 2. Maybe will try next year to get some donuts here

The cake made for mom's 80th birthday dinner was spot on for what I requested. Mom and the guests all enjoyed it and I would definitely go back here again and highly recommend the Lake George Baking Company to others. Delicious and great!

Lake George Baking Co. Absolutely loved this spot! We got five items for just over $13—can’t beat that for a quality sweet treat. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles on a Saturday morning. We tried the cinnamon twist, apple turnover, éclair, mini cannoli, and the apple cinnamon donut (which was our favorite). Everything was delicious, and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Wonderful bakery in hot of Lake George area, people are super nice. It’s all freshly baked. Fast selling so what is pick might be just baked or prepared. They had donuts, eclairs, cupcakes and sweets puffs. Took the custard filled eclairs best eclairs I’ve had in a while not over sweet and perfectly smooth. The chocolate cake was nice and moist with even filling in each layer. Worth a visit if you are around.
