Prices are extremely reasonable for both hot food and store items. Best food in Red Wing period. I recommend to everyone and always bring guests here. Fresh, delicious ingredients in the restaurant side and in the store alone. I have had several friends agree that these are the best tacos they have ever had. They really are, and every item on the menu delivers the same amazing flavor and quality. You will not regret going to La Regia in Red Wing. This place is phenomenal

This small market is tucked just off the major commerce on West Main. The parking lot is hidden at the back. There are two major facets of the market: a food counter and a small grocery store that specializes in Mexican/Guatemalan goods. There were some fresh items, like produce, vegetables, and cheese, but most of the stock is shelf-stable. LOTS of ingredients. I'm from California, so the vibe reminded me a lot of home, though the Guatemalan items were new and cool. Like, the frozen tamales weren't wrapped by corn husks, but with banana leaves. We were there to order food to go. Tip: it's probably best to order by phone or online, because they do make everything fresh. Was absolutely horrible! Would NOT recommend this, the pork was like chewing on leather, the beans were extremely salty and were so watered down and poorly stored that our door dash driver spilt them all over on the inside of the bag.. the rice was bland and the ingredients were past expiration, the limes were so dry couldnt squeeze any juice out at all just an absolute disappointment especially for what we paid the food was disgusting and is very overpriced, poor quality, poorly cooked and past its expiration date i would not suggest eating this unless you want a stomach ache!

The most amazing authentic food in red wing and products imported from Mexico. Kitchen open 11-7 pm food is to go or you can enjoy the food outside. 10/10
