La Pollera Colombiana Restaurant

I don’t know if this is a hidden gem or we just happen to come when it wasn’t busy. The food is not only amazingly delicioso, but very authentic. We had the liver and onions, the red snapper and shrimp, and the burger, and empanadas for the kids. It was so savory and tasty! The atmosphere is also beautiful. The attention to the detail was amazing -check out the amazing bathroom mirror. Most beautiful mirror I’ve ever seen. It was warm and inviting the panela lemonade and the hot chocolate with the cinnamon were great too.

Service was a little slow for only having 2 other tables seated. The waitress didn't get our beverage order right so we had to ask again. The steak was not good. Asked for medium rare and got a flat over cooked stringy chewy cut of meat - see photo. There was barely any flavors to the food we had. Very bland. The ceviche didn't seem like it was cured for any length of time. The dessert looked good but we skipped it on this visit. The coffee and desserts might be the best things to order.

I’m extremely happy to know we have a Colombian restaurant in Middleton! The food at this location is delicious, the natural juices and the empanadas are very tasteful! The ajiaco and the bandeja paisa were just perfect! The waiter was very professional, kind and explained very well the menu. This location is smaller but very cozy and has a very calm atmosphere. The coffee was really good! As Colombian I am very grateful to have this restaurant closer to my home so I can enjoy the food that brings me back to my homeland 💛💙❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An outstanding dining experience at La Pollera Colombiana. The marinated snapper was fresh and beautifully balanced in flavor, perfectly paired with a refreshing homemade lemonade. The Hawaiian-style chicken breast was tender, juicy, and thoughtfully prepared. Each dish reflected the richness of Colombian cuisine, complemented by attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful place to experience authentic flavors—highly recommended.

Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!
