La Pizzeria

Outstanding food and service! Our party of 5 arrived 20 minutes after they opened on Saturday night and got one of the last tables. Our server was very attentive. All of our entrees were delicious. We left room for desserts and all three were very good; a great way to end our meal! When we departed every table was filled and about 15 people were waiting to get a table. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in the Mount Pleasant area.

Great food, hands down one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Very busy restaurant, especially for how small the space is. Hard to move around, but it sort of adds a certain charm to it. Server certainly had her hands full, yet still did a great job overall. Recommend checking it out if you're okay being packed close to others. We didn't mind!

I met a couple in the Dallas airport on my way to Isle of Palm. The couple lives in Charleston. I told them where I was heading, and they suggested La Pizzeria. They said it was.on the way and that I would enjoy the food. So... we did stop there for dinner. Thank you, Alex and Terri... we definitely enjoyed the food. We would not have known about this restaurant, and I had not started talking to complete strangers. We had a salad, veggie pizza, bottle of wine, and cheesecake!!! Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!!!

We frequently visit the Mt Pleasant area, and this is our 3rd time eating at La Pizzerian in a couple of years. We were very disappointed this last time. Given, we did go on a Saturday night, though it was winter. The place was packed. We could not have a conversation at our table because it was so loud. The other tables were so close to us that we could reach out and touch them. I guess you could call it "cozy". We went in, were seated promptly, and our order was taken fairly quickly. This place is a little pricey but in the past we had really enjoyed the food. It took a very long time for our food to come out after ordering.
