Just tried the new Mexican food truck in Bellevue and it’s legit so good. Probably the best I’ve had in the area. You gotta try it! Great costumer service and food was 10/10.
I went there today to get some tacos for my wife, who has to be on a strictly gluten-free and dairy-free diet. The very nice woman at the truck listened to my needs and assured me she would take great care to prepare tasty food and avoid cross-contamination. She generously added avocados because I forgot to order those, and the red salsa was spicy, complex, and delicious. Very happy and will return -- this truck is easy to access and worth visiting often!
