Two stars only because the bouquet was stunning and the chocolate was delicious. Everything else was a complete mess. This florist has no business offering delivery if they cannot handle basic communication. I called on Friday to confirm they could do an early Monday morning delivery at 7am. They said yes and told me to include the request in the special instructions. I followed their exact directions and placed the order on Saturday. I never got any confirmation about my delivery time. No one reached out to confirm if 7am was possible. So I called them Sunday evening. That is when they told me they could no longer do 7am because I had “called too late” even though I placed the order exactly when they told me to. I had an amazing experience with this flower shop! They delivered a beautiful arrangement and were incredibly flexible, even accommodating my last-minute delivery changes without any hassle. My sister absolutely loved her birthday flowers. To top it off, they included complimentary chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. Fantastic service and gorgeous flowers .
