La Cueva

Some family friends introduced us to La Cueva and this has become one of our family’s favorite restaurants. Our girls love the Cheese Quesadilla, Bean and Cheese Burrito and the Kids Nachos (nachos covered with refried beans and cheese). My wife and I have had the Shrimp Burrito, Cheese Enchilada, Chicken Enchilada, and the Carnitas platter. All have been really good with great flavor. Regarding the Carnitas, they cook it perfectly so that there is a slight crispness on the outside yet moist on the inside. The star of the show is their green sauce. It has got the perfect balance of heat and flavor. It goes well with all the dishes we have ordered and I found myself putting on other things that I cook at home. The finest Mexican place for vegetarians!! Their rice is not made with chicken broth so it’s vegetarian. We tried wet and normal burrito and both were delicious. Service was quick, food was delicious. You get first serving of chips for free, salsa verde was delicious. A must stop for vegetarians!!

Tried this place recently and was happy to see lots of vegetarian options. I went with the vegetarian burrito and really enjoyed it. It had a flavorful filling, crispy tortilla, and a mango salsa inside that added some tang. The chips on the side were fresh, and the green salsa had a distinct sting to it. Staff was friendly, food came out fast, and the space was clean. Plenty of indoor booth seating but had minimal outdoor seating. Much more functional than atmospheric as it had minimal decor. Solid food and quick service, I'd definitely come back and would recommend it to others looking for a casual bite.

Cool little mex restaurant with authentic flavors. The salsa and chips are the best here. They also have some the best carne asada burritos and tortas 😋 . I've been here several times and it never let's me down.

Small Mexican restaurant that serves delicious Mexican dishes. This is one of family spots for quick authentic Mexican food. We always order takeout because the restaurant is small and is packed.
