La Concha | Mexican Restaurant

I usually order takeout from this place, Specifically, the sopes Because I like the way they fry their tortillas and the type of meat that they use. I always ask for Carne Asada and it was delicious. However, today they decided to give me a different type of meat ‘ carne molida’ con tostadas. Which is not what I asked for and it’s not the description of the dish. Incredibly disappointed, the meat was all soggy, not enjoyable.

Small place. But food is really flavorful. Got 3 beef tacos so good. Got enchiladas with steak also good. Sloppy but really good. Also for some reason there was alot of water, no idea why. But it made it a sloppy mess. Still had flavor though

The food is horrible I ordered a salsa and chips. They charge me 24 dollars flat for the food, I then read on the menu that salsa and chips is listed for 16 dollars. They said that it was holiday pricing later. After that they gave a decomposed salsa with random items thrown in together. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a health code check and the chef needs a psychological evaluation. I tried to explain to the lady on the phone and she hung up on me too. Bad behavior and disrespectful attitude towards business.

This was my first time here. The restaurant was small but, I thought the exterior building was so NY cute. My favorite thing to eat would have to be the garlic shrimp with beans and rice. Everything we tried I fell in love with. I am from LA and I just have to say “Great Job”!

Food was absolutely disgusting. Enchiladas barely had any sauce, and they were covered in cabbage, carrots and cucumbers. It was like having a salad with a tortilla and chicken on top. So gross
