La Centinela Mexican Restaurant

Incredible and very accommodating staff. My family has a family dinner night here 2-3x per month where all of my siblings and their families, parents and their spouses, cousins, etc. all come together to spend time with family. Food is delicious. Margaritas are amazing. Staff is above and beyond.

11/11/25: More pics added. Still great food and friendly service with reasonable prices. +++++++++++++++ Another hungry trip to La Cent doesn't disappoint! Ice cold brews, great staff, reasonable pricing, good portions and great food....will return time and time again. Tacos are a must and the nachos texanos is amazing. We've been enjoying 'La Cent' (or 'El Cent' for those who remember) for over 10 years. Good atmosphere with plenty of seating (booths and tables), fully stocked bar and TVs throughout the restaurant. Great music is usually playing to get the Mexican vibes flowing...Food is reasonably priced, large portions and seasoned well. We've had multiple meals from the menu and over all the times we've gone, maybe one or two meals weren't 'up to par'.....not a bad track record!! Fin

Stopped in after a doctors appointment and there were not that many people. Although the hostess was a bit serious our waiter was amazing! He was very polite and helpful. My husband had the costillas plate and I had the mole ranchero with a side of beans. We both had agua de Jamaica and then we were also given a spicy salsa. Everything was delicious and fresh. The service was amazing. Will definitely be returning.

The food was fantastic. A huge portion, that lasted 2 days. The Margarita was enormous. Outstanding service. I will go back many more times

I used to really like eating here until I was served a cheese & beef stuffed pablano pepper that didn't have a pablano pepper and the beef tasted weird. And I was also served a beef tamale that had no beef. I really don't think I could get myself to go back to La Centinela. I'd rather eat at Los Margaritas.
