La Brasa Mexican Grill

This restaurant is awesome. The food was surprisingly delicious and authentic. We were impressed with service. We have been back three times so far. For a new restaurant, it will be around for a long time.

We stopped in La Brasa Mexican Grill on our way home from a week of camping , hiking and kayaking in The Nantahala Forest. I ordered a Torta Asada (steak) and my husband got 3 Al Pastor Tacos (pork and pineapple). Our food was ready in 10 minutes. We had our 4 dogs with us and it was a very hot day, so we stood at a table in the parking lot near our open car, to eat our feast. Everything was fresh, carefully prepared and piping hot. We really enjoyed every bite. There were so many great flavors and textures. About halfway through eating my sandwich, I went back inside to order our dinner for later in the day. I checked out other customer's food and decided on the Whole Roasted Chicken with Pinto Beans and Mexican Rice. It was served with fresh made tortillas and green and red s

Overpriced food and no good flavor. My chicken came cold, and the fried items tasted heavy with old oil. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

Expensive and the food is awful 😫
