La Belle Epoque Wine Bistro

10/10 definitely must check out! The food was good! Drinks were good! Dessert was good! Ambience was nice! Server was attentive and gave us details on the drinks, food, and desert! Thanks to our server henri with an I who made are brunch very smooth and welcoming! We will be back for dinner!

This is a charming little spot in Media that's perfect for brunch. The French toast was absolutely delicious! We also tried the omelette, La Mer crepe, and La Belle steak and eggs. I wouldn’t recommend the steak—although it was cooked perfectly to my liking, it had a strong, unfamiliar smell—but everything else was fantastic. The La Mer crepe, omelette, and brunch potatoes were all flavorful and well-prepared. Our lattes and coffees were warm rather than hot, would prefer hot. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff and server were incredibly friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!

Joann and Henri were amazing. They both took extra good care of us. We ordered the fired burrata as an appetizer and the risotto and caviar pasta dish for dinner. This is amazing French cuisine and immaculate serving sizes.

We wanted to try this classic French bistro that had been recommended by friends. Ambience was nice, and the menu was definitely mostly classic French dishes, but most of the dishes were just satisfactory. There were four of us and I think the only thing we had that was really excellent was my husband’s seafood vol-au-vent appetizer. My snails had plenty of garlic butter, but had not been broiled, so didn’t have that nice browned top you expect. My trout with almonds was just so-so: the almonds had not even been toasted or browned. My husband had the hanger steak with shallots and there were no visible shallots in the sauce. It was more of a red wine reduction that had been pre-made: maybe shallots had been used in the cooking, but they were long gone. Thus, it wasn’t the classic French p

Absolutely phenomenal meal! I took my girlfriend here after a show and it was fantastic. Great ambiance, great tunes, the service was wonderful -now to the food. We had the Escargots de Bourgogne which was delicious. Make sure to order extra bread to sop up the garlic/butter. This was followed by the Bucatini auaviar (pasta with mushroom caviar butter sauce) and the Truite Amandine (trout). I had a great Sauvignon Blac wine with dinner and the cocktails were well made. The dessert was delicious, we had the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee, and I'm not even a desert guy and couldn't eat it fast enough. Don't even think twice about coming here- we can't wait to come back.
