Kyushu Ramen and Dumplings House

This place was amazing all around. It was my first time here, and I came alone after a long day at work. The decor and booths were so cute and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they made sure I was taken care of the entire time. One of them even helped me transfer my leftovers into the takeout bowl so I wouldn’t make a mess, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great ramen spot!

Kyushu Ramen and Dumpling House is a restaurant that's clearly passionate about fresh, flavorful food. Every dish is crafted in-house, and it shows. We started with the Spicy Pork Soup Dumplings and steamed pork buns, which were both delightful. The dumplings had a good meat to dough ratio and were full of flavor. For our drinks, we enjoyed a classic hot green tea and a rich brown sugar milk bubble tea. For my main course, I ordered the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen. The bone broth was incredibly rich and creamy, and the soft-boiled egg was cooked to perfection. My husband was equally impressed with his Samurai Steak, which was expertly seasoned and cooked just right, served with plenty of fresh vegetables and fried rice. ohhhhh my god. Went to this place for the first time yesterday- I was craving some real Japanese ramen as my entire tiktok feed was showing me Ichiran and reminded me of the amazing bowl I had when I visited in 2022. When we walked in to Kyushu, we were immediately greeted. Decor is adorable. Booths are comfy. Alcohol selection was perfect (three types of sake, japanese and belgian beer). Soup Dumplings (pork/crab) were 10/10. Miso Ramen w/ Pork was 10/10. Black Garlic Tonkatsu w/ Pork was 10/10. The pork bone broth was fantastic, full of umami and left me wanting to eat the whole bowl. The pork belly was tender and fatty and full of flavor. I cannot wait to come back and try a bunch of japanese apps. I had my eye on the Karaage, Takoyaki and some Veg Tempura. Every server was lovely.

Ok. 2nd time here and this spot is the bomb. Food is amazing, customer service amazing. I would def recommend this place to all, even good family environment. Our waitress Lanai, not sure if I spelled it right she was amazing. The owner came to everyone table made sure they were taken care of and check to make sure everything was good. This will be my favorite spot in wilmington delaware.

Took the pictures after we ate most of it but WOW. This place is amazing! Amazing is an understatement. If I could, I would come here everyday!! They were so kind and checked in with us, made sure we had refills, made sure our food was good, had great conversation. Everything was so clean, best crab wrangoons I’ve ever had. Fast service, boxed our stuff up for us, and they even had boba! 12/10 6 stars!!!
