This was such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely incredible. We got some appetizers a hand roll and each of us had a bowl of ramen. Everything came out quickly and tasted delicious. The signature ramens were amazing. The crispy pork belly was cooked perfectly and the spice level was really nice. The yuzu chicken ramen tasted fresh and well balanced. The service was also really really great. Our waters were never more than half full and they took care of everything swiftly.

Pray lend thine ear, for I shall recount my feast at Kuu, that noble house of steaming broths upon 1st Avenue near the 68th mile-stone. Within this modest yet comely tavern of Nippon’s art, I did partake of their much-lauded Kuu Chili Pork Ramen, a bowl most puissant and deeply stirring to the soul. The broth—fiery yet judicious—did warm the blood as though kindled by some benevolent dragon. The pork, O tender marvel! Wife was interested in trying this restaurant after seeing it reviewed on social media. We ordered a cucumber salad and karaage for appetizers, Miso beef ramen and sukiyaki beef donburi for entrees. Everything was delicious. The ramen was rich and flavorful, so too was the donburi. Good portions! We've been looking for another ramen spot since one of our other goto ones, Meijin on 2nd Ave, kinda hit the skids (IMHO, food wise...) Service was pleasant. Food came out in a timely manner. Definitely will be back to try some of the other menu items.

Costumer Service was amazing we were seated immediately and served water. The food was amazing, tasty and flavorful!! The servers came around multiple times to refill water without us having to ask and quickly picking up wrappers. The atmosphere was so cozy and the music was just the right volume to enjoy a good convo!
