My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services. The filings prepared for me were riddled with mistakes—wrong names, wrong dates, and incorrect titles. On multiple occasions, my paperwork even contained other clients’ information, which raised serious concerns about confidentiality and carelessness. Communication was poor throughout; many of my emails went unanswered, and when I followed up, the responses I did receive were dismissive and unprofessional. The work I engaged them for was never fully completed, despite repeated assurances. Some of the filings submitted were never corrected, and I was left with unfinished tasks even after paying in full.
