Kucu Tequila Bistro

At 50 years of age I've had PLENTY of burgers but up until now I didnt know how good a burger can actually taste! I got the drive thru burger and it was the best tasting burger I've ever had! Everything on the menu sounded good and the smell in this place was amazing but I opted for the burger and I do not regret it and neither will you. Don't get me wrong and don't be surprised when you see the prices but it's well worth the $. Sorry for the lack of food photos but by the time i thought about writing a review my food was already gone. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great for a hotel restaurant. The hotel itself is also very nice and will definitely recommend the stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

It's was great, very busy when we arrived. However they were very accommodating and we were seated right away.food was amazing and the tequila selection was mind blowing.. Great place to unwind and sip on some mezcal.

The food could not have been any better. Applauding the new menu featuring bison short rib. The entré had literally 2 to 3 pounds of meat and it was fork tender. The soups were possibly the highlight of our meal (we had both the pork hatch green chili and the creamy poblano soup, both absolutely delicious), and the homemade pioneer egg rolls will not disappoint. Our server, Ryan, was very accommodating, as was the host when calling in to make reservations and the call dropped. They didn't miss a beat. The price was mid-high but a very good value for the quality of food we received, and more than enough to take home for another hearty snack. If you are on the fence, hop on over. This was truly an A+ culinary treat.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. The salmon is was raw. We talked to the waitress about it and all she could say was that they could warm it up. I had the Bison burger, you’ll get better burgers at buffalo’s wild wings or any other burger chain. Fries were cold and nothing special. I spent 100 for two entrees and two drinks. You’ll find tastier and cheaper food elsewhere. Don’t go here. If they weren’t attached to a hotel, they’d never make enough money to stay in business. If you have the option of this place and eating nothing. Nothing would be better than the food served here.

Had happy hour at the bar and breakfast when we stayed one night at the hotel. Happy hour menu was nice size and the food we ordered was delicious... The house margaritas were tasty and nicely priced and the highlight of our food was the cactus fries....yum! Breakfast was good too.
