Eclectic Bar and Grill

The food. SUCH out of the box flavors. The waitress was helpful in sharing about the menu - from salads to burgers to sides to their drinks - it was all so delicious! While it is also a bar, it was a great surprise to see their quality zero proof original recipe drinks. The staff was welcoming. The vibe itself is so creative. They showcase pieces from a local artists that add personalization to the location and have a beautiful outdoor space.

We come to Keystone often and were looking forward to trying a new place. The new bar area is beautiful, but the rest of the place is pretty dated. The waitress seemed indifferent to us, and was not very attentive. Thankfully the food was delicious. The cocktails were good, but small and somewhat watered down. Might be back to try again.

While visiting Silverthorne, a local recommended Eclectic Bar and Grill, saying it’s where the locals go and she was right! The atmosphere was inviting, with friendly and attentive service from our waitresses. We started with the fried cauliflower, which was seasoned perfectly and fried just right, crispy without being greasy. For our mains, we tried the bison sandwich and the fish and chips. Both were excellent: the sandwich was full of flavor, and the fish and chips were light, not greasy, and served in generous portions. We also loved the unique touch of local artwork on the walls, some of which were for sale. Overall, a great spot we’d definitely recommend!

Great food! The burger was juicy and they actually grilled the patty to medium! The calamari was amazing. I bit on the pricey side but at least it was good.

Best quality, Best tasting meal, I have had from Denver to Glenwood Springs! This is a must! It is an official Colorado Staple. I wish all the best for the owner and staff!
