Kroger

Today on Febuary 13, we walked into Kroger and went to the bakery depo. And looksd for staff (8:00 pm) and nobody was there because they all went home for the night, then JOHN the manager walked up and asked us if we needed assistiance and after bakery hoirs he went behind the counter anf packaged up us a contaner of whippy frosting. Best custermer service ever! Thanks for my frosting John! And the lady working at the custermer service desk was very nice.

I was overcharged $0.50 a pound for fugi apples. When I brought this to the customer service for a refund, I was met with the rudest people, they had to check to see if there was a coupon and if I got the "right" apples! Not once an apology for their mistake just hostile, angry response. I got a credit for $1.02 I will not use as I will not return.

Becky in the Floral department created two gorgeous floral arrangements for my ladies gathering, and they were absolutely perfect - fresh, vibrant, and styled beautifully in my own vases. Her talent and eye for detail made the flowers a standout feature that everyone admired. I truly appreciated the care she put into her work. She made the whole experience seamless and special!

Went thru store for about an hour, cart filled to rim and bulging over. Get to cash register 35 minutes before closing and all they have is self check out open. There's an employee standing at end of register isle where they are closed and I ask if they have someone to run a register cuz I can't take all these items thru self check out. She says no and I said well then someone can put all these groceries back that I'm not going thru self chevk put are on a small weight scale for the amount of groceries I have. She goes to ask I suppose her supervisor, she returns and just goes back to where she was standing and didn't say crap as I stand there waiting. I asked her to leave cart and she said I don't know, there's fine. I'll do my best to stay out of Kroger moving forward. Went to Me

This is the most pathetic store I've ever shopped at in my whole life. Nicole the store manager has NO customer service experience what so ever, she never acknowledges anyone nor thanks them for shopping there. Whenever I see here she just prances around like the queen of retail, totally lost about the truth. Samantha in drug/GM, everytime I see her she's either standing around chit-chatting with another associate or playing on her phone. Shannon in receiving just walks around the store, chit-chatting & complaining about the politics of Kroger. I've never once had any employee there acknowledge me or ask if they can help me. It's literally a joke that these people keep their jobs. I only wish Kroger corporate cared, but like ALL big companies, as long as sales are good & profits are up, wh
