LongHorn Steakhouse

Enjoyed my New York Strip Steak! My go to place for steak. Enjoyed some great appetizers. Caesar salad and broccoli sprouts as sides. Good selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Had to get dessert. The cheesecake with caramel & pecans was the perfect pick. Service staff were very friendly and restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. Easy parking.

It pains me not to give this place a five out of five. The service was incredible. I think our waiters name was Eric and he was amazing, attending to any needs. Additionally there was a great environment, and the complementary bread and appetizers were amazing. However, the salad and entree fell short. The salad was either had too much dressing or there was too little. My mom had to request for more, while she gave me some lettuce to balance out my salad. And to say that the steaks had too much seasoning is an understatement. The flavour was amazing but it was just too peppery.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed with our experience at this LongHorn Steakhouse. I found a BUG in my salad… TWICE. The first time it happened, I brought it to their attention and they took the salad back and brought me out a completely new one. Unfortunately, when I started eating the replacement salad, I found ANOTHER BUG in it. At that point, it was clear there was a serious issue with their food preparation standards. Our waitress, Emily, was very kind and attentive. She did her best to handle the situation and was truly the only positive part of our visit. Unfortunately, management was the complete opposite. When we brought the issue to their attention, they seemed completely unconcerned and even passive aggressive. At one point, they told us that they make their salads fresh ever

Drinks - dragon fruit margarita, delicious Appetizer - spinach and cheese dip. Also very yummy. The flat bread was warm and soft with just enough crisp edges Dinner -was delicious and I got 2! BF got ribeye and sweet potato. Delivered perfect. I ordered sirloin cooked rare plus and shrimp with corn on the cob. Lol got the wrong order. Was noticed immediately kitchen did a re fire before I even got to mention it to the waitress cuz they were on it. Just a mix up. Same entre, so easy to confuse.. they left me all the food. The timing of the service recovery and waitress were amazing. (wrong food most likely cuz someone working a differnt section was just trying to be helpful and help out while our waitress was busy)

This was our first time here and I had a little bit of an issue with my food, Haley came over and was very helpful and corrected the situation. The service was great and the food wasn’t bad either. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the help and kindness!
