Came in early to use the service desk and the lady and self check attendant were both extremely rude. The sign posted states it opens at 8 am however she informed me that she wasn’t opening until 830 due to staff shortages (not my problem) even though I as the customer expected it to be open at 8 am. This store needs customer service training. I do not recommend this location and won’t shop here any more.

Clean. Items easy to find. Helpful Staff. The Hazel Park is closest to me, I think. I was going to the Old Eight Mile Road location since it's a straight line off the U-94/East Eight Mile Road exit. But Hazel Park is just above Nine Mile Road at I-75, so I will be going here now.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at your store. On Monday night, the store manager accused me of stealing, despite the fact that I presented clear evidence proving that no such incident occurred. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and demeaning, and it left me feeling humiliated. I have attempted to file a complaint with headquarters, but each time I reach out, I am simply told that the matter is “being handled,” which does nothing to address the way I was treated. If I do not receive a meaningful response and resolution, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

⭐️ 1 STAR — Kroger, do better. I’ve never experienced anything as disrespectful as what happened in your store today. I PAID for my items, showed PROOF, and your staff still tried to accuse me of stealing. The audacity is insane. Instead of apologizing, they doubled down like I was the problem. If this is how you treat paying customers, you don’t deserve any business. I’m not letting this slide — my lawyer will be informed, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about how you handle innocent people. Do better, or don’t expect customers to stick around.

Zachary was working stocking spices the day before Thanksgiving and I saw him jump to give customer service to not just me but 4 other customers all while continuing to stock! He did it with a smile. This is the best service I've had in a long time, give this man a raise!!
