Kroger Bakery

Ordered a basic football cake for my sons birthday. I arrived stood there looking at the worker for a minute or two before she even looked up at me and I had to speak first that I needed to pick up. She handed me the cake and immediately I was upset. The letters were all run into together looks sloppy, the football guys were knocked over messing up the rest of the cake, also the red & blue icing wasn't put on the sides as the picture described. She then said well you didn't tell us to do that. I said I shouldnt have to because its what is in the book so I showed her and walked away. Obviously nothing was going to be done. Waste of $30 and now I have an unhappy child because the cake is ugly. Cant post a picture but I do have it!!! Won't be going back there! They always mess something up...

Quick stop at the bathroom and left my cart out side. An employee grabbed it and put all my stuff away. I had to start all over. Employee didn't care.

The women are so nice. I don't remember ever having any problems.

Yummy made to order cakes with friendly and on time service.
