Customer Reviews
We were hesitant to try gas station chicken but the 4.5 stars along with the detailed reviews convinced us to. The gentleman made our tenders fresh. The tenders are huge!!!! The biscuits have a great flavor but ours fell apart due to too much butter and honey, They still tasted great though. The honey racha sauce is amazing with the chicken.
So I like many others I’m sure was a bit skeptical about gas station food however, I gave it a shot because of the reviews. I am glad I did because the man was super nice and the chicken was super yum!! I’m impressed!!
I'm a transplant from GA and have struggled to find good chicken and fixin's since moving here over a decade ago. This place is extremely unassuming in appearance but oh my lord! The gentleman that served us was helpful, friendly, and made fantastic suggestions. The tenders were MASSIVE, the biscuit was fluffy, buttery, and honey-butter coated, and the red beans and rice made me cry. I haven't had good fried chicken and comfort food like this since leaving my grandma's kitchen for the last time in 2011. All for under $15, and I'll be eating on it for 2 meals. 100% now has my permanent business over popeyes!
This was amazing. The chicken was fresh and hot, seasoned well. The mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome. My favorite was the freaking bun/roll/biscuit thing? It was soft, buttery, maybe a hint of honey. I definitely want to come back here again.
The chicken is absolutely garbage. I got 4 wings a small box of wedges (were edible) and a honey flat biscuit and it cost me over $10. There wasn't a thing that tasted right. I took a bite out of the first wing and spit it straight out! I gave a piece to my cat and he sniffed it and walked away. That cat eats EVERYTHING! The chicken tasted bad and also smelled like it was fried in fish oil.
