The Old Road Farm

Old Road Farm is great! Our family has purchased bulk beef twice now, and we have been really happy. First, the flavor is delicious. Second, it's healthy and nutritious because Karis and her team are doing things right - right for the animals, and right for the soil. We are thankful that we have found a farmer that is providing nourishing food for the community that is good for us and good for the land!

Our family loves the Old Road Farm! Their eggs and meat are so flavorful. The ground beef makes the best burgers, chicken broth makes the best chicken noodle soup. I could go on and on. Karis, her family and employees are so friendly and pleasant. It’s a privilege to feed our family with their meat and eggs. They are truly the best!

Great local, organic, pasture-raised meat and dairy. That’s a hard (if not impossible) combination to find in stores. Just had turkey noodle soup last night with frozen stock and meat from our Thanksgiving turkey and it was AMAZING! The raw milk makes the best ricotta with a huge yield. We’ve been happy with everything we’ve had. Also can’t beat the home delivery.

Old Road Farm is a gift to Washington County. Farm milk, fresh heritage turkeys, eggs, meat...all food that you can trust, that is actually good for you. Our cats will hardly eat frozen supermarket turkey any more, but they drive us crazy begging for Old Road Farm turkey at Thanksgiving and Christmas. They clearly recognize quality (and reject inferior meat). And the milk.... Rich, creamy milk full of probiotics and prebiotics--it's a complete food, all by itself (seriously). It is an axiom that you have to pay for quality. But oh my, "quality" is what you get from Old Road Farm. We are very, very fortunate to have it nearby. Highly recommended, for everything they sell and do!

We found The Old Road Farm a few months ago whenever we decided to change what we were eating. It was truly a blessing finding their farm; from their delicious milk to their amazing chicken breast- we will never buy from a grocery store again! Karis & the staff are all so wonderful, thank you for all you do for providing us with nutritious, delicious meat!
