Krispy Kreme

Customer service is always excellent, but the donuts aren’t the best in town. Maybe 1 out of 7 times you’ll get a dozen glazed that are truly worth it—but that’s rare, and usually not before you’ve spent $100. Lately, I’ve been really disappointed, especially with the taste of the donuts, to the point where I even took a picture. The machine is often down or they’re out of donuts, but the service remains great.

I ordered online. The dining room was closed and so I had to go through the drive through. I waited 35 mins for approximately 8 cars to go through. When I pulled up to the window I received 2 boxes of what appeared to be day old refrigerated donuts. When I ate one it was definitely not fresh and had been refrigerated. My kids wouldn't even eat them :(

Came here for donut holes. It’s only 8:55am and they don’t have any today. Not because the sold out but the drive through representative said no we don’t have those today. Weird for a huge chain to not have the center of a donut when all of them are supposedly made here. The sign says fresh and hot as well. Trivial thing to complain about but this location is always out of something and Kristy Kreme isn’t cheap, the products are very expensive. Won’t be back

It's been a while since we've been to a krispy Kreme. It was still fun watching the doughnut process. The service was good, I will say the fresh doughnuts are still better than the in case doughnuts.

This place looks closed from the outside, but it isn't. I was greeted kindly when I walked in. However, the floors were dirty, and my donut tasted cold. 😨 I also don't enjoy their espresso beverages. I wish this location was better-maintained.
