Their donuts were STALE! please note for this location only. And this is a location that rarely has their HOT sign on. Thats why I stopped, the hot sign was finally on. I got a dozen variety where I chose the donuts and he got 2 of my donuts wrong which I didn't realize until I got home on the other side of town. Wasn't worth going back. I dont recommend this location but do recommend Krispy Kreme in general. Way better than their completion.

I ordered a dozen of those Peanuts Holiday donuts from Uber from this location. They ran out and instead of substituting or something to still fulfill the order, they outright canceled it entirely. Because of this, my account balance is in the negative. And they waited until 30 minutes before I wanted the delivery to even send an email. But if I did something like that, they'd demand the up to 98% of the bill and I would be charged IMMEDIATELY for canceling but I'm having to wait 3-10 business days instead.

Do you all even read these review. We strive to provide exceptional service.” Shut this place thedown hell down get new management, don’t know but nothing is clearly being fixed!!! Hot light rarely on, cold doughnuts lazy service, even the manager is no help!! Before you know it this place will see no business at all!! Ordered doughnuts and did not get order right went in to place order hot light was in gave me cold doughnuts. Clearly nothing is being done to fix issues

I ordered donuts from door dash and received the wrong thing. The box was sealed, had a description of what my donuts were supposed to be, and even had my name on it. So, i called the store and explained the situation. The lady became argumentative and said it wasn't her fault. Then, she forgot to hang up, so i hears her talking very disrespectfully with all her coworkers. I Don't recommend…

This location is a hit or miss but lately there’s been a lot of miss. My little ones wanted to try the new assorted dots so I ordered a 24ct for us all to split, as there’s suppose to be a variety of flavors to suite each child. To sum it up, they look nothing like advertised and were very stale. They were all basically glazed unless you were lucky and found one with a couple sprinkles, flakes of cookie crumb or some powder residue. Even my 7yr old wasn’t thrilled about them. 20+ doughnuts just went into the trash! Waste of money and the drive there. I understand restaurant pictures never resemble your actual order but this was ridiculous and sloppy. I could’ve ordered the regular glaze and saved myself some money. Come on guys, a little effort isn’t gonna hurt. If I had seen this mess bef
