Krispy Chickpea

I walked by his little place the other day and a couple of other times and I finally went inside. You can smell the freshness of the food at the door. It is small, but it is clean and efficient. The two guys behind the counters are great as well. I will be going back. I'm a big fan of falafel.

Fresh falafel made to order, the bowl and sandwiches were delicious. Vegetarian heaven. If you like spicy then ask for extra side of hot sauce as just asking for spicy wasn’t enough for me.

I got the falafel bowl and it was very filling! I really liked the quality of the falafel and the sauces were really nice in the bowl. It’s a great spot for lunch at a good price! Note it’s a good grab and go place no real seating available and no tables.

Absolutely fresh and amazing prices. Tucked away hidden on the side street perfect for takeaway or quick bite. No guilt eating, you feel refreshed not gross after eating , my new favorite middle eastern takeaway spot on the upper east side.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve tried falafel sandwiches and bowls, both are fantastic - fresh ingredients and generous portions. Prices are also really reasonable for the quality. Staff are great as well! 10/10!!
