This place was vibes! Such an authentic K hot pot spot. Loved the music, the aesthetic and he service was soooo good! My server Lance was amazing and explained the ordering process really well. I hit ramen hot pot— solid 8/10. I’ve had better. The broth was great but the noodles weren’t. Not terrible just not the best I’ve had. Worth going to lunch versus the dinner pricing.

Came here for my birthday. Had a great time. Our waiter SO was amazing. I’ve been to other KPot locations and I have to say tha I really enjoyed this location because of SO. The care and attention and hospitality was so comforting. We had four to the table and we ordered just enough we didn’t leave a crumb. Will recommend coming again for SO.

Oh my goodness this place is amazing!! Perfect spot for solo diners… a rarity with Kbbq and hotpot. I came in for the AYCE hot pot lunch special… perfect on a cold winter day. My server Tatum was so helpful and kind! And so sweet augh!!! I got some awesome recommendations and she kept coming back to check and make sure everything was okay. I was so impressed by the service here, and the food was so yummy! I left definitely eating a bit too much food but was so impressed with the variety and quality of ingredients. I wish I could come back here every week. Thank you so much KPOT and thank you Tatum! 🫶

I visited KPOT today and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — special thanks to Lance, whose hospitality was beyond perfect. He knew everything about the menu, explained both the BBQ and hot pot options clearly, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. The restaurant itself is great — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I really liked that you can mix your own sauces or simply follow the recommended recipes provided, which makes the experience fun and easy. I chose the Tom Yum Thai hot pot, and it tasted amazing — flavorful, aromatic, and well balanced. The BBQ meats were also very good, fresh and satisfying. What impressed me even more was the variety: French fries, oranges, grapes, cakes, and ice cream were all available, mak

Always a reliable experience here. I opted for the Sichuan hot pot and loved that you can customize your base broth by going up to the bar and grabbing additional spices and sauces. They also had plenty of sides available, including kimchi, seaweed salad, pickled cucumbers, and a fried section with fries, chicken bites, fried shrimp, and a fish item. There are sauces and seasonings for everything, so it’s easy to build your meal exactly how you like it. They give you a tablet to place your order for soup bases, meats, veggies, noodles, and vegetarian options. It’s all you can eat, which is great. Drinks are ordered through your server. I got the Red Bull Berry Daze, which is non-alcoholic, but they also have cocktails, beer, soju, and sake. At the end of your meal, you can grab fruit, ca
