Kooma West Chester

This place is absolutely terrible. The hostess is very rude and off putting. She walked us to our table and did not smile or anything. Very unfriendly. Our server was very friendly he was great. The water glasses are dirty and covered with dishwasher stains due to not polishing them. The water bottle has red and black gunk on the bottom on the inside. Tables are very sticky and caked with gunk. Seems like they don't clean anything. I ordered ramen and my order came out and it was lo mein. The chicken was very dry and rubbery. It seems like they boiled a chicken breast and then cooked it in the noodles. Don't put ramen on the menu if it is not ramen. Common sense. I will never be returning here. Terrible restaurant.

The food was good and so was the waitstaff. Only issue was that they lost our reservation. They still got us seated right away but at a less ideal table location.

Overall, I really enjoyed this restaurant and the service. My sister and I are both vegan, which can make ordering difficult at times. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of fish sauce in many of the dishes, but our server (Michael) was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our food was vegan and fish sauce free. We had to change up our order a bit, and it honestly turned out amazing! The spicy kooma dish was very tasty, as was the mushroom soup. Would recommend! :)

Haven’t been here in years and we had an amazing, affordable, delish, birthday dinner. From the hostess to the bartenders, wait staff and manager everything was exceptional. Thank you for making our dinner special!!

Good luck placing a lunch order. They must take the phone off the hook. Second time in two weeks I’ve called multiple times and got a busy signal. Also wouldn’t hurt to throw some paint on the place and maybe deep clean the entire restaurant? Where are the owners of this establishment?
